Product & Stones
Yes, every single one. We use only lab-verified natural stones — Citrine from Brazil, Black Obsidian from Mexico, Lapis Lazuli from Afghanistan, Jade from Myanmar. Each batch is tested by an independent lab. Synthetic, dyed, or "reconstituted" stones never enter our atelier.
Take the Soul Matrix reading on the homepage. It takes 60 seconds, asks for your birth date and (optionally) your MBTI, and recommends stones aligned with your zodiac, element, and life path.
Natural stone has natural variation. Our photos show typical pieces, but the stone you receive will have its own unique pattern, vein, and depth. We consider this a feature, not a flaw.
All bracelets use an adjustable sliding knot, fitting wrists 6.5" to 8.5". For larger wrists or custom sizing, email us — we make custom sizes at no extra cost.
Yes — genuine mulberry silk, not nylon or poly-blend. It is hand-knotted by our six-person team in Chongqing.
Shipping & Delivery
Our atelier and warehouse are in Chongqing, China. All US orders ship via DHL Express or USPS Priority. We dispatch within 24 hours of order placement.
USA — Standard: 5–8 business days ($14.95). Free standard shipping on orders over $75. We currently only ship within the United States.
No. All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — the price you see is the price you pay. No surprise customs fees.

Returns & Repairs
30-day full refund, no questions asked, even if you've worn the piece. We believe a stone must choose its owner — if it didn't choose you, we want it back.
Email us at nexussidus.store@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refund is processed within 3 business days of us receiving the item.
Yes — first repair is FREE within 90 days of purchase. After that, we charge $5 + shipping for re-stringing. Just email us with photos and your order number.
Usually yes. Send us a photo of what you have left. Replacement stones cost between $4 and $18 depending on type, and we'll re-string the whole bracelet at the same time.
Energy & Care
Three options: (1) Place under moonlight overnight on the new moon. (2) Hold under cool running water for 30 seconds. (3) Pass through white sage smoke. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight on Citrine — it can fade the color over years.
Take it off in the shower — soap, shampoo, and conditioner can dull the stones over time. Wearing while sleeping is fine.
We make zero medical, supernatural, or psychological claims. We make beautiful, well-crafted bracelets from authentic stones, prepared with intention. Read the customer reviews and decide for yourself what "works" means to you.
Either works. In some Eastern traditions the left wrist is considered "receiving" and the right is "giving" — but ultimately, wear it where it feels right and where the cord fits comfortably.
