Shipping policy

Every Nexus Sidus piece is hand-strung and shipped from our atelier in Chongqing, China. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment. Customized or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.

Delivery Estimate

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–18 business days, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees — international transit can be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, and carrier delays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and South Korea. We are expanding to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified. We do not currently ship to the European Union.

You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also email us anytime for a personal update.

Customs & Duties

Depending on the destination country and order value, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Low-value orders are often within duty-free thresholds. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us.

Delays

If we are unable to ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer the choice to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund. We do not promise "guaranteed" delivery dates, because international logistics are outside our full control.
